SQEJobDescription:1、Handletheincomingqualityissue,coordinatetoanalysistherootcause,takecorrectiveandpreventiveactionandassesstheeffectiveness.2、Settlethenonconformityissuerelatedtocomponentwhichfindinproductionlineandfrommarket.Immediatedealwiththecomplaint,assistsuppliertomakeoutcorrectiveactionandfollowuptheeffectiveness.3、Newproduction/componentdevelopmentstageworkproactivewithprojectteam.Insurethequalitymeetthedesignandmarketrequirement.Workwithnewcomponentvalidation,andmonitorafterlaunchtomassproduction.4、Regularassesssupplierperformanceatmonthlyinterval,assessthelotacceptedrate,rejectrate,concessionandrework.Monthlysummarizeandimprovementactiontoworkout.5、Existingsupplierannualaudit.Supportprojectteamonnewsupplierdevelopment.6、Othertaskassignbysupervisor.OtherRequirement:1、Male,28-40,2、FluentinEnglishspeaking.Goodwriting,reading.3、Preferredwithexperienceinhomeappliance,(electronicrelatedsuppliermanagement)。Alsopreferredtochemicalexperienceknowledge,eg.Painting,plating,surfacetreatment,Diecasting.4、Willingtoacceptchallenges,cantravelsometimeswhenneeded.SQE职责说明：1、跟进处理所负责来料质量问题,协调分析其根本原因,采取纠正及预防措施,并确认其有效性2、产线及或市场发现零件异常处理,迅速处理不良投诉,协助供应商制定改善措施并跟踪结果3、新产品开发阶段积极与项目团队协作，确保产品符合设计及市场要求。新材料确认(供应商变更或材料变更等)，并跟踪上线后情况。4、定期进行供应商月度评核，统计合格率，退货率，特采及返工。每月进料状况总结及改善措施提交。5、现有供应商年度审核。配合项目组参与新供应商开发审核。6、上级主管安排其他工作任务。要求：1、男，28-40岁，大专及以上学历；
2、英语听说读写良好；
3、有家电、电子行业供应商管理工作经验优先；
化学相关工作经验优先，喷涂,电镀,表面处理,压铸等。
4、吃苦耐劳，能承受工作压力，适应出差。解决问题能力强
